Descriptions:

(1)   Support T24 core banking system critical operational issues.

(2)   Perform issue tracking on analysis on incident items/ reported issues.

(3)   Provide guidelines and training to level-1 support and branch users.

(4)   Prepare necessary documents and operational reports.

(5)   Support daily core banking operational issue and to support tasks assigned by Head of Core Banking Operation Unit.

(6)   Need to travel occasionally. 

Desired Skills:

 

(1)   B.C.SC, B.E(IT), B.C Tech or equivalent IT degree.

(2)   Should know the banking and accounting knowledge.

(3)   Familiar with any Core Banking System and testing experience will be appreciated.

(4)   Must eager to resolve problems & errors and should have innovative thinking for problem solving, new solution.
